This vacation home was great, had everything I needed for a long stay. The bed was so comfortable, I could sleep forever. The bath was a dream after hiking. everything was good.

Oh, the lane to the property was absolutely awful! Potholes everywhere and so narrow, it was impossible to pass if a car was coming the other way.

We visited for a leisurely hiking trip and stayed at Wren, a stunning 1-bed cottage near Coleford. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to hiking trails and other attractions. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a welcome basket filled with local products, including delicious cheese. The cottage itself was spacious and well-equipped for a long stay, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The temperature was just right, ensuring our utmost comfort throughout our stay. After a long day of hiking, the bath provided much-needed relaxation. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The place was fully equipped and had everything we needed for an awesome self-catering trip. Plus, it was so close to a supermarket, making it super easy to stock up on snacks for our adventures. The hosts were awesome too - they gave us a hamper of treats and even turned the heating on for us so we arrived to a cozy warm pad after a chilly day out!

If there was one thing we could've asked for, it would be more options for young party animals like us. Don't get us wrong, the cottage was amazing, but a nearby pub or a cool hangout spot would've been the icing on the cake for our nights out!

Personally, I prefer separate bathrooms, but I understand others might still appreciate it.

OMG, our stay at this cottage was lit AF! The bedroom was like goals, seriously. It had a sick bath and the whole place was hella fancy. We even got a welcome pack, that was so sweet. Plus, there was parking and the property was all enclosed, so our doggo was totally safe. Best vacay ever!

Only one thing, we wished there was a lit nightclub nearby to party the night away. But honestly, everything else was siiick!

The only thing I didn't fancy was the washer/dryer combo. It's just my personal preference, but I prefer separate machines for better efficiency.
